  • What should I expect for my initial therapy session?

Your first session will be considered an intake appointment, at which time your therapist will gain a better understanding of who you are, the needs you have, and the goals that you would like to work towards in therapy. Your therapist will collaborate with you to build a treatment plan, which will help to guide your future sessions.

  • What can I expect after my initial therapy session?

Following your first session, you and your therapist will meet anywhere from once per week to once per month to work towards your established goals.
